"I have recently purchased a block of land in the beautiful valley of the Fairview Estate Mernda. Fairview is surround by rolling hills and parkland it has that wonderful country feel about it, what I like about Fairview is, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city, yet it is only a short drive from the freeway and the nearby shopping centres but SSSHHH I better not speak to loud or you all might want to live here.

I really look forward to building my home and settling in and becoming a resident of Fairview. I can’t wait really!!
